Tilmelding er bindende
Tilmelding til ODM’s kurser og arrangementer er bindende, men skulle du blive forhindret i at møde op, har du mulighed for at give din plads til en kollega. Ved afmelding mindre end 30 dage før afholdelsen betales den fulde deltagerpris. Hvis ODM kan videregive pladsen til deltager på en eventuel venteliste, hæfter du naturligvis ikke for deltagergebyret. Ved afbud 30 eller flere dage før afholdelsen skal der ikke betales deltagergebyr.
Afbud
Afbud til kurser skal meldes til kursussekretær Kirstine Wentzlau Martinsen på tlf. 4914 3966 eller mail kwm@dkmuseer.dk.
Afbud til øvrige arrangementer skal meldes til administrativ koordinator Susanne Armand på tlf. 3179 8980 eller mail sa@dkmuseer.dk.
Registration is binding
Registrations are binding, but if you are unable to attend, you are welcome to hand over your seat to a colleague. If you cancel your registration less than 30 days prior to the event, you will not receive a refund. If ODM is able to hand over your seat to another person (on a waiting list), you will receive a full refund. If you cancel more than 30 days prior the event, you will receive a full refund.

If you need to cancel a course registration, we kindly ask you to contact course assistant Kirstine Wentzlau Martinsen by phone (+45) 4914 3966 or via e-mail kwm@dkmuseer.dk. If you need to cancel another event, we kindly ask you to contact Susanne Armand via (+45) 3179 8980 or sa@dkmuseer.dk.
